By checking Yes, I acknowledge that the names and birthdates provided are exactly as they appear on my passport or official travel identification. I understand that any errors or costs incurred due to incorrect information will be my (the traveler's) responsibility.

Passport offices are currently advising a 6-12 week processing time for passports. If you do not have a passport, it is crucial that you apply as soon as possible. Please note, a passport that does not arrive in time for travel will not be covered under insurance.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance offers valuable financial protection and assistance in the event of unexpected situations, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing the recommended travel insurance to ensure you are fully protected before and during your trip.

Please note: Opting out of insurance leaves you unprotected in the case of emergencies or travel disruptions.

Travel Documentation Requirements

U.S. citizens traveling outside of the United States are required to present a valid U.S. passport. Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned return date.

Some countries may also require a visa for entry or transit, so it is your responsibility to verify that you have all necessary documents and meet the entry requirements for your destination.

• All names on your travel documents must match the legal name on your photo ID.
• Travel document details must match your flight tickets.

• Certain immunizations may also be required depending on your destination.

Failure to meet these requirements could result in denied boarding, entry, or government fines, and these will be the passenger’s responsibility.
